Pumpkin Ale Oktoberfest Soap

Celebrate the fall season with this nutty, earthy pumpkin soap that has a rich, skin-nourishing lather. Made with locally brewed Oktoberfest beer and pumpkin ale, as well as puréed organic pumpkins, this soap is a great fall favorite! My house was filled with a warm, woodsy, and nutty aroma when I was “cooking” the beer for this soap, and the scent lingers in the soap and makes you think of having a seasonal ale outside around a fall campfire while eating a dark whole-grain slab of bread dipped in a hearty pumpkin soup.

Ingredients: saponified organic unrefined coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil, avocado oil, rice bran oil, pumpkin oud oil, locally grown pumpkin purée, locally brewed Pumpkin Ale and Oktoberfest Ale, yellow oxide pigment, dark red Brazilian clay, and pumpkin powder.

Every soap I make is unique, made by hand, and inspired by nature. I love making (and using) this soap, not only because of the earthy, local, and organic ingredients, but because of what is NOT in it. This soap does NOT have harsh detergents, synthetic lathering agents, phthalates, or parabens, which makes it gentle and perfect for sensitive skin.

TIP: To extend the life of your soap, keep it on a draining soap dish and dry it off between uses. If you purchase 5 or more bars, I will give you a free soap dish!

No two bars are alike, as each is made in small batches and hand-cut.
